Cultural adaption

Cultural understanding leads to more effective business communication. Cultural adaptation is important in the world of international business. In simple terms, it’s adapting material such as email, letters and memos from a source language to the language of the recipient without losing any of the meaning, context and importance. The aim of cultural adaptation is to have the source material translate completely and unequivocally from one language to another.

Cultural adaptation’s importance extends not only to emails and letters discussing business matters, but to conversations in which both business and social interaction take place. The goal is to make both sides completely aware of the context of all statements so that misinterpretations of what is said are avoided.

Intercultural Collaborations is necessary to have a complete and deep understanding of both parties’ language, customs & social mores to not only communicate effectively but also build an intercultural collaboration. The aim of such collaboration is to create a foundation on which both parties work toward educating each other & creating an effective collaborative style.
