Translators

One of our objectives is depending on In-House translators in several production offices in the region, covering every Specialty, beside a limited number of efficient freelancers Translators in some other languages, we align translators to your specific technical requirements, who are subject matter experts in the field of translation, whether it’s manufacturing, legal or marketing. We receive applications from translators who want to work with us. Each one is fully vetted and reference-checked & tested before we assign any projects to them.

As a bare minimum all linguists must:

• Be a fully qualified translator with the appropriate qualifications and/or a degree in their target language which we verify

• Have a minimum of three years verifiable experience as a professional linguist

• Have translated a minimum of 100,000 words of similar content.

• Translate only into their mother tongue and be in-country (unless second generation translation is required)

• Be appropriately qualified in a specific technical area, for example IT/Telecoms, media or gaming services, with three years experience

• Have a minimum of two references from previous projects

We always use translators who live in-country as language is an evolving entity.

QA Specialists

Quality controllers have a minimum of 3 years experience in the industry. They are the final signing authority before the delivery of proofs to client. They also hold the responsibility of training new staffs for QA.

Template Designers

Our Template designers have a degree in science with experience ranging between 4 and 8 years in STM publishing. The template creators are well versed in all publishing software.

Illustrators

Our illustrators are experienced and comfortable with incorporating high-resolution scans and line-art furnished by publishers. They use sophisticated scanning techniques combined with the latest image manipulation software to modify, label, enhance or render any artwork (both in color and black and white formats) as necessary. They are also able to design any cover and to redraw any artwork or medical illustrations.

Technology Engineering

Scripts, macros, parsing, and validation tools are developed in-house with a dedicated team. Our Engineering team comprises of well experienced IT professionals and fully conversant with C++, Java, VB, Perl, Python, etc. enabling a sophisticated and tightly connected production process. They constantly develop tools & utilities for Automation process with adoption of emerging technologies.

Planning & Analyzing

Our planning team comprises of graduates with an eye for detail. They register every incoming and outgoing project for accountability. All materials received are scrutinized, following which a detailed report is prepared listing all instructions to be followed before executing the work. This analyzing report will contain information on missing components, special messages or instructions, feasibility of using a data supplied on disk etc. Any discrepancy found is immediately conveyed to the client for fast action.
